Sex-Positive Intimacy Coaching for Queer, Poly, and Neurodivergent People in Canada

Who I Work With: Queer, Poly, and Neurodivergent Clients

The Intimacy Spectrum is a special space for people who don’t always feel seen in traditional therapy or coaching. I work with:

  • Queer and LGBTQ+ individuals and couples
  • Neurodivergent clients, including people who have ADHD and/or are autistic
  • Polyamorous and non-traditional relationships
  • Sex workers and purchasers of sex
  • Kinks and their associated dynamics
  • Anyone looking for sex-positive, shame-free coaching to improve their relationships and themselves

You are welcome, loved, and appreciated in my spaces.

My Sex-Positive Coaching Approach to Intimacy Coaching

I believe intimacy should feel accessible, honest, and real. My coaching is:

  • Practical: We focus on skills you can use right away
  • Results-driven: Many clients see progress in as few as three sessions
  • Affirming: You don’t have to explain your identity or justify your needs
  • Safe and direct: No fluff, no judgment, just support that works

Why Work With Me

I bring a lifetime of experience in advocacy, healthcare, and community work, as well as lived experience supporting a trans partner and raising a daughter with a disability. These perspectives shape how I show up: practical, compassionate, and unapologetically inclusive.

I’ve spoken publicly, led events, and supported individuals in navigating healthcare systems, grief, and relationships. That foundation informs my coaching: direct when you need clarity, gentle when you need safety.

What to Expect in Coaching

  • Sessions are available online across Canada, or in-person in Regina by request
  • Appointments are booked and paid online in advance, so we can focus fully on you
  • You can choose individual sessions or commit to a six-session package for deeper progress
  • Sliding scale options are available for clients with financial barriers

Intimacy Coaching FAQs

What is intimacy coaching?

Intimacy coaching helps people and relationships improve communication, connection, and sexual confidence. It’s not therapy — instead, we focus on practical tools and results. My approach is sex-positive, direct, and designed for real-life situations.

Do you work with queer, poly, or neurodivergent clients?

Yes. My coaching is specifically designed for LGBTQ+, polyamorous, and neurodivergent folks. This means you don’t have to explain your identity or relationship style.

How many sessions will I need?

Most people find progress in as few as six sessions. You can book a package or individual sessions, depending on your goals.

Can we work together online?

Absolutely. I’m based in Regina, but I coach clients across Canada via secure video calls. Online coaching removes barriers and keeps scheduling flexible.

Is this the same as therapy?

No. Therapy explores the past and treats mental health issues. Coaching is future-focused. We build skills, set goals, and practice strategies that improve intimacy and relationships right now.

Speaking & Workshops

I am available for talks, panels, and workshops on intimacy, communication, and relationships, especially in queer, neurodivergent, and non-traditional contexts. My approach is practical, sex-positive, and accessible.

Whether it’s a small group workshop or a larger community conversation, I create spaces where people feel safe to ask questions and leave with tools they can use.

I do not do true crime podcasts!

Testimonials

I didn’t have to explain what it means to be queer or neurodivergent. She just got it.

Holding it in

I didn’t realize how much I was holding in until I could finally say it out loud.

Luna

Kind

I like that she doesn’t sugarcoat things. It’s direct but still kind, and I needed that.
